Return Conditions

Any defective goods must be returned within 15 days unused, in there original condition, and original packaging to claim a full refund. Any products found to be damaged through misuse will not be subject to any refund. No refunds will be given to any defective items owned in excess of 30 days. All post and packaging costs are to be paid by the customer.

Unwanted items:

Underpinner-Spares offer a full refund minus a restocking fee of £10.00 on any unwanted items within 14 days of purchase as long as the goods are unopened and unused. All post and packaging costs are to be paid by the customer.

Terms of Contract

No contract will commence between yourself and Underpinner-Spares until your goods have been despatched. Underpinner-Spares provides a safe and secure checkout in association with Paypal. Your debit/credit card statements will be charged under the name of “Paypal*Underpinner-Spares”
