Replacement wedge hammer (driver blade) used by Cassese underpinners to push the wedge into the moulding, always keep at least one spare hammer as these can break at anytime resulting in an unusable underpinner. Fits most of the newer Cassese models.
(does not fit the cs810, cs276, Cs100, UNI or Pro Turner underpinners)
Pad used to apply clamping pressure to the top of the mitred pieces, damaged clamp pads are useless if they have any cuts or tears in the surface as the clamping pressure will not be constant and damaged pads can also mark the top of your mouldings as they are being joined.
Used on Cassese underpinners to hold the wedge hammer in position / enable easy removal and re-fitting of the wedge hammer. Needs be replaced once a year as the spring loaded ball catch can lose tension causing the wedge hammer to work loose resulting in wedge misfires.
DO NOT over-tighten the ball catch when refitting as this will break the thread and always keep at least one spare as when these do break your Cassese underpinner will be inoperable.
Inexpensive screw kit consists of 6 screws (4 x long & 2 x short) that hold the Cassese wedge distributor block plates together + includes allen key. Very common for these screws to get rounded off making it impossible to remove jammed wedges / dried glue.
Set of replacement seals for the hammer piston fitted to Alfamacchine / Minigraf pneumatic underpinners. Apply a small amount of grease to aid fitment (to the seals not yourself).
Typical faults when worn:
Poor / weak wedge insertion
info: Over the years Alfamacchine have fitted different types / combinations of seals to different machines, this kit includes all the different variations hence your machine will not require all of them. Alfa p/n: 298390041
Set of 4 clamping bungs for Cassese underpinners, the yellow bungs are for clamping soft / medium density mouldings and the green bungs are for clamping hardwoods / MDF mouldings, the size (mm) refers to the height of the bungs.
Mixed 5 pack of tri pads used by Cassese underpinners to apply clamping pressure to the top of the mitred pieces, damaged clamp pads are useless if they have any cuts or tears in the surface as the clamping pressure will not be constant and damaged pads can also mark the top of your mouldings as they are being joined.
3x white and 2x black
Packs also available with just White or Black versions
info: The white coloured pad is for soft / medium density mouldings, the black version is for hardwoods / mdf.
